The Academic Staff Union of Universities is to continue its meeting with the National Executive Council today in Abuja.
A meeting which started on Sunday at the University of Abuja will continue today (Monday) to take a final decision on whether to continue the industrial action which have kept students indoor for over six months now or end it.
Recall that ASUU had declared the commencement of strike action on Monday, February 14, 2022, at the University of Lagos due to the non-fulfillment of its demands such as funding of the revitalization of public universities, Earned Academic Allowances, University Transparency Accountability Solution (UTAS) and promotion arrears among others.
